  My father-in-law was here for about one week. His son and daughter-in-law visited regularly and they had no complaints about the way my father-in-law was treated. When he was in severe pain, he was given an analgesic to handle that situation. On my visit with my wife, the staff was friendly and cooperative. When we needed a chair so my wife could sit with my father-in-law, one was brought promptly. When I informed the staff that there was a man in a wheelchair in the multi-stall men's bathroom and he might not be able to get out, two staff members immediately responded to make sure he was not stuck in the bathroom. In short, the facility seemed on par with a lot of facilities I have seen that seem to care for their charges.
